Jim and Arline are traveling the world, though mostly focused in Africa, pastoring pastors and missionaries. Their ministry involves counseling, teaching, member care, coaching and loving on workers who might be tired, discouraged or just need a listening ear. They not only work within their organization, but they also serve FBC by going to our own field workers.
