Eric Bryan

Pastor Eric began his tenure at FBC in 2006, serving as our Executive Pastor. He assumed the role of Lead Pastor in 2010. Eric and his wife Lauren have four children. Pastor Eric is our main teaching pastor, serves on our Board of Elders overseeing the area of worship, and leads our Strategic Leadership Team. Eric leads the FBC body in our purpose of glorifying God; our mission of going and making disciples who go make disciples; and our vision of seeing a church full of joyfully obedient disciples glorifying God.

Justin Burns

Children's Ministries Pastor

Justin joined our staff in 2015. Justin met his wife Julie on eHarmony, and they have two school-aged boys. As our Lead Children's Ministries Pastor, Justin is also on our Strategic Leadership Team. Justin is passionate about Children's Ministries and brings a perspective of team ministry and leadership development to our church. Previously serving at churches in Detroit, MI, Dallas, TX, and Cleveland, OH; Justin seeks to build on the great foundation that FBC already has, and is providing vision towards the future of what God has in store for kids and families at FBC.

Matthew Goodman

Worship Pastor

Matthew has served as our Worship Pastor since 1999. Aside from equipping those who lead our Sunday worship gatherings, he is also a part of our preaching rotation and serves on our Strategic Leadership Team. It is his prayer that the church of Jesus Christ at FBC will increasingly orient their lives towards putting God at the center of all things, seeking His glory above all else, delighting in Him above all the stuff of this world, and embracing His priorities as their own.

Paul Spittka

Student Ministries Pastor

Paul came aboard the FBC staff in 2014. Paul (or as many of us call him, P2) and his wife Sandy have been married for over twenty-five years and have five kids! Serving in Youth Ministry since the Fall of '89; in places ranging from northern Michigan, downtown Indianapolis, and even inner-city Detroit; P2 has had the privilege of speaking at national youth pastor training events, summer camps, and retreats. As our Lead Student Ministries Pastor, Paul also serves on our Strategic Leadership Team. P2's vision is to create a Student Ministry where students can come to know Christ as Savior, to grow in their knowledge of Christ and to show Christ to others through their daily living.

John Tyson

Assimilation & Body Life Pastor

John became a member of our staff in 2003. John and his wife Ronda are active in local ministries within the Tulsa community. John & Ronda have three grown children and three grandchildren. As Body Life Pastor, John seeks to glorify God by encouraging those he has the privilege of leading. You will occasionally see him within our teaching rotation as well as leading our Celebration Choir. John oversees the assimilation process for each individual who visits and attends FBC. He has a deep desire for those inside of FBC to worship God and serve others within the community, boldly proclaiming the Gospel wherever God leads.
