WHY WE GATHER...
In light of the Gospel, we gather to celebrate, proclaim, and respond to the worth of God, for the glory of God.

As a Christian community, we want to know God more deeply and to grow in our love for the Lord Jesus and in our devotion to Him.
We join together with Christians throughout the ages whose lives have been transformed by the life-giving news that Jesus Christ delights to rescue sinners. With this glorious news fresh on our minds, we gather each week to celebrate the God who has saved us and is changing us day by day. We proclaim His perfect character and His marvelous works; and we call one another to respond in humility, submitting ourselves entirely to the words of our Heavenly King as revealed in Holy Scripture.
We do this so that our lives will bring Him glory by showing the world that Jesus Christ is our greatest treasure – the only source of true and lasting hope, joy, and ultimately, life.
Why We Go...
Our celebration, our proclamation, and our response do not begin when we gather, nor do they end when we leave the assembled congregation. Rather, as we scatter throughout our city during the week, we desire to be authentic and consistent worshippers in the everyday stuff of life. We seek to live in such a way that Jesus Christ is exalted in all things, both big and small. This happens as we allow God the Holy Spirit to instruct and direct our lives, and as we strive, by His power within us, to be obedient to our Lord's commands.
And, as grateful recipients of God's grace in Christ, we cannot keep the good news of the Gospel to ourselves. So, even as the light of Christ shines through our lives, we will tell others of the gospel of Christ with our lips, giving all who will listen a reason for the hope that is in us. Will you join us?
MUSIC
Celebration Choir
Our Celebration Choir provides an environment where, regardless of ability or experience, you can develop relationships and grow in your musical/vocal skill while pursuing a passion for God in song. Choir rehearsals are currently held on Sunday evenings from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM (on weeks when the choir is not assisting in morning worship). The choir usually sings for morning worship once or twice a month from September to May. Childcare is available with advance notice. Obviously, consistency in attending practices is necessary to maintain unity within the group and to develop musically at a similar pace. Worship Singers
Our worship singers consist of several singers who occasionally assist by actively demonstrating what it means to be a joyful and passionate worshipper of Christ. Contact Matthew, or John, for more information.

God has blessed us with a team of servant-hearted musicians who seek to serve God's people with the gifts He has given them. If you are a competent musician and willing to use your gifting as needs arise, we would love to know you're here.
